The ballpark is located at 1000 Proffit Rd, Charlottesville, VA 22911. Detailed driving directions can be found using the Google Map on the main Ballpark page.

Parking

Free parking is available on-site. Please follow the signs and instructions from our parking staff to find designated fan parking areas.

Gates Open

Gates open to the public one (1) hour prior to the scheduled first pitch.

Rain Policy / Rain Checks

In the event of a rainout, your ticket can be exchanged for a ticket of equal or lesser value to any remaining home game. Please check our website and social media for the latest updates on game status during inclement weather.

Tickets

Tickets can be purchased online through our official ticketing partner or at the ballpark box office on game days. The box office opens two (2) hours before first pitch.

Will Call

The Will Call window is located at the main entrance ticket booth. A valid photo ID is required to pick up tickets.

Seating Policy

Fans with reserved tickets must sit in their assigned seats. General admission tickets are valid for the lawn and designated standing room areas. Stadium re-entry is permitted; please have your ticket ready for scanning upon re-entry.

Alcoholic Beverages

No outside alcoholic beverages are permitted. A selection of beer is available for purchase for fans 21 and older with a valid ID.

Bags

To ensure fan safety, all bags are subject to search upon entry. Clear bags are preferred to expedite entry.

Bottles and Cans

No outside bottles, cans, or coolers are permitted inside the ballpark. Each fan may bring in one (1) sealed plastic water bottle.

Prohibited Items

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: weapons of any kind, outside food and beverages (except for one sealed water bottle), coolers, and laser pointers. A full list can be obtained at Guest Services.

Smoking Policy

The ballpark is a smoke-free facility. Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is only permitted in designated areas outside the main gates.

Animals

Certified service animals are welcome at the ballpark. All other pets are not permitted, except on designated "Bark in the Park" promotional nights.

Concessions

Our concession stands offer a variety of ballpark classics, including hot dogs, popcorn, and cold beverages. Credit cards are accepted.

First Aid

A first aid station is located behind the main grandstand. If you need immediate medical assistance, please contact the nearest usher or staff member.

Lost and Found

Lost and found is located at the Guest Services booth near the main entrance. To inquire about a lost item after a game, please contact our main office.

Merchandise

Official Tom Sox gear is available at the team store located on the main concourse. The store is open from the time gates open until the end of the 7th inning.

Autographs

Players may be available to sign autographs along the railing near the dugouts before and after the game. Please be respectful of players as they prepare for the game.

Foul Balls

Fans are welcome to keep any foul ball hit into the stands. Please be aware and stay alert for balls leaving the field of play at all times.

On-Field Access

Access to the field is restricted to authorized personnel only. Any fan entering the field of play without permission will be subject to immediate ejection.

Special Announcements

To request a birthday or special announcement on the video board, please visit the Guest Services booth before the 3rd inning. A small donation to the team's foundation may be required.
